A day ago you released a version of rpcs3 which doesn't let me run the application without vulkan, i don't have vulkan and i can't get it since i have an old gpu, how can i fix if you have old drivers that come without vulkan support, you have to separately download and install vulkanrt to have the dll.

Since i was using the windows version of forsaken, i went to the vulkan website and installed the windows vulkanrt installer. A conformant vulkan implementation, testing use only. Has all the files (that i downloaded from the site) and when i run the program it comes up with this message:
